Paperwork for Booster Horses
TVCC Booster Horse Donor
Thank you for your support to the Treasure Valley Community College booster horse program the TVCC Equine Program could not function without the support of gracious donors giving to our “Colt Starting Fund Raiser”. There are fixed cost that the school must pay for feed, board, teeth and minimal vet. We ask that this payment be paid at the time the horse is dropped off to help cover the schools monthly expenses. We also have a new school policy that all horses at the livestock center must show proof of Coggins, vaccinations and fill out liability waivers before they can be dropped off. At the end of the training period the horse will be assessed at what level of training the horse has advanced in the TQA horse training program and suggested booster donation will be given. The horse training payment will go through the TVCC Foundation and will be tax deductible.
In accordance with TVCC Livestock Center Policy, Booster must complete the following steps before dropping horse off:
- Appendix B Agreement for Emergency Care
- Appendix C Contract for Equine Boarding
- Provide current negative Coggins test results and a copy of a signed 5-way vaccination.
- Appendix F Health Advisory
- If the horse owner will ever be at the facility other than at drop off, they will need to sign a liability waiver.
- Drop off a $580 check at the office, or before the horse arrives.
Make Checks payable to: TVCC Equine Program
Thank you to all our booster donors!!!
